Frequently Asked Questions

Nightly rates vary by season, whether it's mid-week or weekend and whether there is a special discount on. They range between $200 and $280 per night plus tax and AirBnB fee. Please click the Check Availability button and select the dates you are interested in to see the nightly rate.

We use the AirBnB app to manage our bookings. Click one of the links on any page to be redirected to the app. Click on the box that says Check-in and the calendar with available dates will appear. Please note there is a minimum stay of two nights in the off-peak season, three nights on long weekends and six nights in July/August.

Airbnb's moderate cancellation policy allows guests to receive a full refund if they cancel at least five days before check-in. If a guest cancels between 5 days and 24 hours before check-in, they will not receive a refund for the first night, but they will be refunded for all remaining nights.

Yes! The hot tub is operational year round and we clear the snow around the fire pit area in winter.

Yes! We allow up to three dogs depending on the size of the dog. When inquiring about a stay let us know type and how many dogs and we can discuss. We ask that you clean up pet waste outside in the cabin yard before you check-out.

Entry is by keypad. We will assign a code unique to you and send you instructions before check - in.

Smoking is not allowed inside of the cabin. Smoking is allowed outside on the cabin property.

Check-in is at 3 PM on your day of arrival. Check-out is at noon on the day you are scheduled to leave.

Yes. There is room to park for two. So two vehicles or a vehicle plus trailer. Our road is quiet. Extra vehicles can be parked on the road in front of the cabin.

The beach and boat launch at Balsam Harbour are a five to ten minute walk depending on your pace! If launching your boat there you can easily park at the cabin and walk back down to the dock.
